Professional Written Communication Course

If you are one of those people who manage to speak well in English but really struggle when it comes to communicating in writing, then this is the program for you.

We can focus solely on writing, to ensure that your professional credibility isn't questioned when people receive your emails.

AI programs can definitely help, however, nothing is more empowering than the confidence of knowing that you can craft a dynamic email that says exactly what you want it to AND delivers the desired outcome.

We will focus not only on grammar and professional vocabulary but also the structure of your emails.

Personal Communication Coaching and Career Support

This is perfect for confidence building, career support and confidential de-briefing or for working through transition ideas and processes. These sessions can also be used for English speaking upskilling and refinement. If you function professionally in a language other than English but wish to ensure you maintain your English skills this is the time and place for it.

Exceptional People Program

3 unique purpose-designed programs for professionals who need support and progress fast!

Each program is run over one-day, during work hours, on a one-to-one basis, so that every minute is focused on what you need.

Upon completion each student is provided with a 90-day consolidation program, with daily tasks to help you continue to improve new skills.

Students can select from the following options: Writing, Speaking, or Interview Preparation. This allows you to focus even more so on what you need most.

Confident Speaking

These personalised sessions are designed to allow you to speak continuously and be provided with feedback and error correction. 

Discuss and rehearse social conversations, debrief in English about work issues or future plans, read aloud from selected industry specific materials to improve pronunciation of workplace jargon or build your sales or management communication confidence by preparing and revising what you need to present.

Exam Preparation

Improve your chances of achieving your desired scores with thorough exam preparation.

  • Learn the format and components of IELTS (both Academic and General) and PTE Academic exams.
  • Practise in-class and receive corrective feedback and suggestions for improving your scores.
  • Focus on all areas of Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing or exclusively on selected skills.
  • Receive motivation for private study and support for exam anxiety.

IELTS – Academic Guide for Writing

This will be helpful for students who are struggling with the writing section and require guidance or reminders about what is expected in the exam. It will also provide continued support for students who have completed tuition but still have time before they will be sitting the exam.

The guide outlines what is required for Task 1 and 2, with some sample responses and useful reminders of many of the common problems students encounter. A very easy-to-read guide with lots of practical tips to help you produce your best efforts on exam day and achieve the score you need.

Sessions are offered by mutual agreement between Monday – Saturday and between the hours of 9am to 9pm finish time.   

Any urgent sessions requested outside of these hours will need to be booked as an additional individual session and will attract an additional $10 per hour.  

Any emergency sessions requested for Sundays will need to be booked as an additional individual session and will be invoiced at 1.5 times the usual session rate.
